Given the enormous amount of information available on the Internet, search engines are an essential technology today for the operation of this network. Some people get very good broadband speeds while others have to make do with much slower connections. You can print in colour or black and white or scan to a USB stick for free. Library computers are free to library members and visitors to use for up to 30 minutes a day. You can access the library catalogue through the computers in our libraries. It is possible to search, request or renew items from all our libraries.

  • If a virus alert pops up, or you are in doubt about what a previous user has done, restart the computer before your session and all of their activity will be wiped.
